You could drive onto the property. A walking in gate is still unseured on the Southeast side. Will contact the owner to secure property better. I found 3 separate fires on the properry all with damage to equipment and one building. Lots of vandalism. Pictures taken. |

| 03/03/2010 | INSP - LIFE SAFETY | Continued | Performed a SI. Two workers from the company were out there. I spoke to Steven Gerdez about our safety concerns. They are addressing the problems this week. Safety Kleen is in route to pick up the waste oil, diesel and anti-freeze. The random drums and tanks are being emptied and rounded up into one location. They expect to have the clean up complete in one week. I also spoke to Lee Jolly (the property owner), they are in the process of selling the property to Tim Johnson, this will not take place until the site has been cleaned up and a phase 1 inspection has been done by Western Technologies next Wednesday 03-10-2010 | |
