I responded to address and saw evidence of automotive fluids/oil from the address and down the street. I spoke with resident Mark Lane who stated that he had emptied a gasoline tank onto the driveway, which ran into the street, along with concrete stain that was liberated by the gasoline run-off. He stated that he tried to clean it with a degreaser, to no avail. I told him it was against various codes and ordinances to do drain a hazarous material to the street. I gave him 2 weeks to clean up the stain, and re-inspect. Pictures are available of said violations. May follow up with other city departments. (Streets and/or Neighborhood services.)
