These must be corrected and a written documentation shall be provided to Tucson Fire Department. Due date 2-12-10 This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed by 2-12-10 . A re-inspection shall be conducted at that time to ensure compliance. Failure to comply with these Tucson Fire Code requirements could result in civil litigation under; City of Tucson Ordinance 9609.
