Repair all the Life Safety lighting units. INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE (IFC) 1011.5.3 Power source. Exit signs shall be illuminated at all times. NFPA 101, 7.9.2.1. Emergency illumination shall be provided for not less than 1 1/2 hours in the event of failure of the normal lighting. Bldg #5, Welding Shop: The are no emergency lighting units within the facility. Install an Emergency Lighting unit. NFPA 101, 7.9.2.1. Emergency illumination shall be provided for not less than 1 1/2 hours in the event of failure of the normal lighting. All other facilities / areas were code compliant. |
