Inspection of alley behind 2625 N La Verne showed a very small pile of leaves; no violation. However, larger amounts of accumulated greenwaste and debris were found at 2631 and 2613; new cases will be opened. Complaint suggests Apartment complex may have cleaned alley recently and put the piles there. There is no evidence to suggest this; debris appears to have been there for a while; property at 2613 also appears recently cleaned and cleared of vegetation; some of the material may have come from this cleanup. |
