Black jeep is parked on curb and sidewalk area; vehicle is not damaged and appears in good condition; cannot determine if inoperable at this time. Trailer parked in street (Parkwise); Pickup and second trailer in driveway contains trash and debris. No accumulation of vegetation over 6" on property; no access to rear property due to lack of easement or alley. |
