Vacant parcel in SR zone, previously a quarry. Inspection of accessible east section and fire damaged areas. Multiple structures and abandoned commercial vehicles on site. Several structures have been damaged by fire on separate occasions (9/20/09, 6/21/10, 11/27/10); damaged remains have not been removed. Additional areas of refuse and debris present. Vehicles (trucks) are damaged, tagged with graffiti, and visibly cannot operate. The location is an attractive nuisance to the area. Owner will need to remove refuse, fire debris, and damaged vehicles, as well as securing the property in a manner that thwarts trespassing. |
