04/26/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved FOLLOW UP - RECIEVED A CALL FROM OFFICE #42150 OFFICER STATED THE MAIN STRUCTURE WAS OPEN AND THE OCCUPANTS WERE NO LONGER LIVING IN THE UNIT.

THE DAUGHTER OF THE OWNER LIVES IN TEXAS AND CAN NOT AFFORD TO COME TAKE CARE OF THE BUILDING.

THE OCCUPANT (THE OWNER AND HIS SISTER) MOVED TO PHOENIX. THE OWNER BROKE HIS HIP AND IS IN LONG TERM CARE LIVING FACILITY ALSO SUFFERING FROM ALZHEIMERS. THE SISTER WENT BACK TO PHX WHERE SHE OWNS PROPERTY. THE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR MENTIONED THE OWNER HAD A SHOT GUN IN THE HOUSE AND WASN'T SURE WHAT HAPPENED TO THE GUN. REPORTED THIS TO OFFICER#42150. OFFICER STATED HE LOOKED FOR THE GUN AND DIDN'T FIND ANY INSIDE THE HOUSE. HAD THE BACK DOORS ON THE MAIN STRUCTURE AND ONE WINDOW AT THE FRONT OF THE MAIN STRUCTURE BOARDED UP. ALSO HAD A SMALL BUILDING DOOR BOARDED UP. THE NEIGHBOR REPORTED THAT THE TEENS IN THE AREA DO DRUGS IN THE BUILDING AND HE IS ALWAYS FINDING NEEDLES AND SPOONS. HAD THE BACK BUILDING COMPLETELY BOARDED UP WINDOWS AND DOOR. GAVE BATHCREST THE CASE # FOR BILLING.
04/25/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved FOLLOW UP INSPECTION - WENT TO PROPERTY TO DISCUSS GRAFITTI WITH OCCUPANTS. FOUND PROPERTY BACK BUILDING WAS OPEN AND UNSECURED. EXTERIOR BUILDING COVERED IN GRAFITTI AND ALL THE WINDOWS WERE BROKEN.
WENT TO MAIN STRUCTURE TO SEE IF OCCUPANTS WERE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM WITH THE BACK BUILDINGS FOUND MAIN STRUCTURE GRAFITTI. KNOCKED ON DOOR NOW ANSWER, LEFT NOTE ON DOOR TO CALL ME BACK REGARDING THE PROPERTY.
02/01/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MET W/OWNER FOUND THE BACK CORNER OF LOT WAS COMPLETELY CLEANED UP. BUILDING WAS STILL OPEN. TALKED TO WOMAN ON PROPERTY. LET HER KNOW I COULD HAVE BATH CREST COME OUT AND COMPLETELY SECURE THE BUILDING BUT THE COST SHE WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR. WOMAN AGREED TO ALLOW BATHCREST TO COME OUT AND SECURE THE BUILDING. LAST ITEM ON THE LIST IS GRAFITTI ON TIN SHED. MET W/ADMIN DISCUSSED THE ISSUE AND SENT CLEAN UP PERSON E-MAIL SEEING IF HE IS ABLE TO ADDRESS THE GRAFITTI.
01/28/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved REFUSE STILL IN BACK CORNER OF PROPERTY, GRAFITTI STILL ON BLDG. METAL SCREEN DOOR SHUT BUT INTERIOR DOOR APPEARS OPEN. LEFT MY CARD ON DOOR WITH MESSAGE TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THE NOV AND POSSIBLE CITATION.
01/14/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved REFUSE IN THE SOUTH EAST CORNER STILL NEEDS CLEANING. NEED TO CONTACT PIMA COUNTY.. ELDERLY COUPLE STILL IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE IN CLEANING THE BACK YARD AREA OF THE PROPERTY.
