Rear property is visible from west side on Birch Ave. There is a section in the rear between block wall and property line/shade cloth screened chain link fence. This area has a clearly visible JMV with dilapidated car cover, accumulation of vegetation over 6"; and visible storage. Side yard along Birch also has accumulated dead vegetation, such as branches, etc. JMV was also previously noted as having broken windshield, possible flat tires, etc. It is clearly not running and has been visible on aerials at least since 2002. It will need to be removed or screened properly from Birch Ave. |
