At site, spoke to manager/ maintenance guy, Nova. Said tenants broke door knob and windows. Maintenance replaced door knob and two windows. Water heater element has been replaced. Tenants have been to court for eviction. Left notice on front door to contact me to reschedule inspection / complaint. F/U 12/3/10. |
