Inspection revealed an abandoned house. House was unsecured so I entered to assure it was unoccupied prior to calling board up. House is in fairly good shape with no broken windows and no significant damage to the interior or exterior. Exterior vegetation is overgrown and untended. Some weeds and tall grass. No trash, debris or refuse about the premises. Bathcrest was called to secure the 4 main doors and a few windows. Will research ownership and send NOV. |
