Visited site. Main residence is completely gutted and only the masonry walls are still standing. There is an accessory structure on the south side of the primary structure made of mud-adobe and plaster which is exceedingly dilapidated. There is a storage container in the front yard and an older GMC Jimmy. The owner initially retained Titan Restoration for the clean up and rebuild however stopped the process. The building permit expired and the house sits unfinished and a blight issue for the neighborhood. I will issue a VANS's NOV to the owner. |
