Property is 99% free of weeds and or overgrown grass. Property is very likely the most clean and well maintained property for several blocks in ALL directions. Complainant is clearly mistake. Upon viewing the rear of the property where an utility easement is located I noted a small amount of grass amid several trees, cactus and other live, non-nuisance vegetation. Being that the utility easement area is actually private property I chose not to trespass and will send a notice for the grass and or weeds exceeding 6" in height. |
