I went to the address and was unable to verify the complaint. There were no obvious violations in the front of the property. I was unable to see the rear of the property and unable to verify any accumulation of animal waste or trash. There are no alleys in this area and the "easement" is posted "No Trespassing - Private Property".
Unless the complainant is a neighboring property and is willing to allow the Inspector access to view the alleged violation, there is nothing more Code Enforcement can do.
