I spoke to Robert the real state person who is in charge of selling the home at 2308 W ocelot Dr. I advised if section of wall was brought down below six feet,permit wasn't needed and violation would be abated. He said that new owners would like to buy the property but would need to submit offer one more time, this would take about 30 to 45 more days. Spoke to supervisor and granted 45 day extension. He also ask if I could give him something that said wall wasn't blocking view from traffic, I advised he would have to contact street and traffic maintenance. follow-up 4-25-2011 |

After further research from zoning and building department they found that visibility is not a problem and no permit is required, due to wall not continuous. Pictures will be placed in sire and will be closing this case per supervisor. |
