06/30/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved House will not remain in VANS as it does not qualify. I will keep the case and follow up accordingly. House currently under renovation.
06/14/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved F/U today, found a large roll-off style container in the front yard and a crew of workers cleaning and gutting out the house. The one that could speak broken English told me she was hired to clean out all items in the house and remove all floor coverings. Apparently there is a new owner and a remodel in process. She was unable to tell me who the owner was but stated her husband knew but he was not there at the moment. Due to this new development case will be removed from VANS and closed.
04/28/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Property is free of debris and weeds and is still secured. Property is still in an advanced state of disrepair from the fire in 2009. The property is still listed in Janet Kreienkamp's name per the Pima County Assessors office however is listed for a Trustee's sale on May 19th, 2011, by Atlantic & Pacific Foreclosures SE, P.O. Box 16245, Irvine, California 92623. A Stacy Robertson of Carrington Mortgage left a message for me today and I returned her call to leave a message for her. Awaiting hre response.
