House is dilapidated and is an advanced state of disrepair. The roof has multiple places that are breeched and holes exist. The premis is unkept and overgrown with weeds and grass. Miscellaneous refuse and debris on premis as well. Chain-link fence dilapidated, broken and collapsing in places. Windows and doors of the dwelling are boarded and the house has not been occupied since February 1982. VANS NOV will be issued to listed owner(s), 60 day follow up. |
