House has been unoccupied since August of 2007 and was involved in a fire in December of 2008. Windows and doors have been boarded since the fire. According to the Pima County Treasurer's Office the property taxes are in arears for 2008, 2009, and 2010. No effort by the owner to restore or demolish has been initiated. A VANS Notice will be issued. Follow up in 60 days. |
