Property owner is operating a landscaping business from this residence without a Zoning Compliance Review. Property does not meet the requirements of the L.U.C. for a home occupation. Alley area is full of greenwaste. Rear yard is filled with stored items, refuse, debris. Junked motor vehicle in the side and front yards. Vehicle in the side yard is not properly screened. Misc items stored in the front yard. 2 trailers parked in the street are filled with dead vegetation from the landscaping business. Spoke with 2 residents that confirmed the vehicle in front is non operational, and the property owner is running a landscaping business from the property. Send 30 day notice. Schedule follow up inspection. |
