Stewart Kuper Jewelers has illegally installed without permit a new double pole sign at the pole for the now vacant 5760 E Broadway, which used to be occupied by State Farm. They have also changed copy at their non conforming double pole sign at 5762 to "We Sell Gold" without approval or permit. Stewert Kuper Jewelers is already at their maximum signage allowed and is not and will not be approved for additional signage at 5760, which must be removed. Unpermitted banner is also hanging from the facade of the storefront. |
