Met with TFD about a sewer smell issue. Originally TFD responed to a gas issue. Plumbing work recently done inside the building. Sewer work done 1 1/2 months ago. Sewer pipes taped off with duct tape by a handyman. No permit acquired from DSD. Will meet with Owner / Doctor on 10/13/2010. GP |
