At site, found constructions workers re-modeling entire house. New Glu-Lam beam in center of home and brick supporting wall removed. New plumbing, new electrical wiring and boxes, new additions to the northwest corner of the home, new front and rear porches, new HVAC unit on roof and new air ducts. New exterior brick on addition. Spoke to Joe, explained issues of permits and inspections. Posted Stop Work order and Violation notice on front and rear door. See photos in SIRE. F/U 30 days. |
