DAMAGE AS FOLLOWS WALL WAS A 5 FOOT HIGH BY 21 FOOT LENGTH AREA NO PERMIT REQUIRED FOR PERMIT OF THE WALL.

THE DWELLING AREA DAMAGE WAS 5 X 5 SECTION, POSTS AND STUDS, EXTERIOR SHEATHING, STUCCO FINISH. THE INTERIOR WAS THE DRYWALL AREA IN THE CLOSET AND SMALL SECTION IN THE BEDROOM AREA UNDER 200 SQUARE FEET.

3 WINDOWS WERE BROKEN FROM THE FLYING WALL DEBRIS
(1) 3X5 (1) 3X1 (1) 3X2.

EXTERIOR OF THE EXTERIOR STUCCO FINISH WAS DAMAGED FROM THEN FLYING WALL DEBRIS.

THE DISCONNECT TO THE JACUZZI WHIRLPOOL BATH WAS DISLODGED FROM THE EXTERIOR WALL. THE CIRCUIT WAS SHUT OFF AT THE MAIN DISCONNECT AND I PULLED OUT THE BREAKER FROM THE DISCONNECT.

PERMITS REQUIRED FOR ALL STRUCTURAL REPAIRS
OWNER STATED HE WOULD SECURE THE DAMAGE AREAS AND OPENING.

SCHEDULED FOLLOW UP INSPECTION FOR 60 DAYS OUT
