Units 16,17,52,53 & 54 are still vacant & secured. Work not scheduled as of yet for 16,17,52,53 & 54 according to contractor, owner will address at later date. Unit 53 had smoke damage addressed & has been rehabed, no permit needed. Will review progress w/admin & supervisor.
