DID A POSTING ON THE FRONT LIVING ROOM WINDOW WITH NOTICE OF VIOLATION STICKER AND NOTICE OF VIOLATION TAPED TO THE WINDOW. GAVE THE TENANTS THE SMOKE DETECTORS TO HAVE INSTALLED AND WENT OVER THE LOCATION FOR THEM TO BE INSTALLED. GAVE A COPY OF THE NOTICE OF VIOLATION TO THE TENANTS AND WERE ASKING WHAT WILL HAPPENED WHEN THE 30 DAYS ARE EXPIRED AND NOTHING DONE TO THE VIOLATION. WAS ADVISED THAT I WILL BE GETTING WITH MY ADMINSTATOR TO REVEIW THE PROGRESS OF REPAIRS TO THE HOUSE. WILL HAVE A NOTICE OF VIOLATION SENT TO 382 W. INES DR.
