Property is vacant and unsecured. Water service was terminated in May 2010 for non-pay and on August 11th 2010 TW put a lock on the meter due to tampering. I dispatched the board-up contractor to secure the house. The homeowner is somewhat elusive however I believe I have a current address for her. I will send an NOV to that address and see what happens. |
