This structure remains in a dilapidated condition since original fire of 10/13/10. Structure had suffered severe fire damage including structural portions, walls, electrical, roof, etc. Several areas of unpermitted additions are still present, including main electrial upgrade. Gates and fencing surrounding property have been damaged and are not secure. Structure itself remains boarded. Accumulation of vegetation on property and abutting areas. |
