At site, tenant complained of nausea and headache after lighting pilot to furnace. I called Southwest gas to check for gas leak and CO2. Southwest gas repaired gas line to water heater. Checked furnace, found foam seal around door missing for furnace air intake. Fan continues to run and thermostat not working. Issued NOV, had maintenance man sign for it. F/U 12/7/2010. |
