Swamp cooler switch sparks when turning it on and off. Outlet in bathroom sparks and arcs when unpluging items. Porch roof 2X4's are not nailed to posts. Soffit on/ under roof is rotting out. Vegetation is overgrown. Means of egress does not meet the code. |
