Inspection found that there is a leak in the master bathroom that could be in the wall behind the toilet. The roof has a number of issue...The roof coating has cracks around the sky lights where other leaks are coming from, when we inspected the roof and walked on it we found there were a number of soft places on the roof, we also found a number of crack and water pulling on the roof. There could be roofing paper coming lose from the plywood. The A/C unit needs to have the electrical looked at and have it checked to make sure that it meets code. |
