At site, found tall grass and weeds throughout property. Fence on south side fell down. Some windows and doors boarded up, found broken windows. Neighbors informed me that owners are in a nursing home. Called Bathcrest to board up windows. Was informed by Bathcrest that home has been vacant for about 5 months. TPD had home boarded up. F/U 30 days. |
