07/26/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MET WITH HER NEIGHBOR WHO IS THE BROTHER IN-LAW TO GIVE DIFFERENT OPTION OF KEEPING THE PORCH AND WALLS ON THE PORCH. ALSO DISCUSSED THE ITEMS ON THE PORCH THAT THEY HAVE TO BE MOVED DUE TO NOT ALLOWED ON THE PORCH FOR STORAGE. THEY WILL MEET WITH THE SISTER TO LET THEM KNOW THAT I WAS ON THE PROPERTY AND WENT OVER THE DIFFERENT OPTION TO KEEP THE WALL ON THE PORCH ON THE WEST SIDE. WILL CHECK NEXT WEEK TO SEE WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO ON THE WALL. WILL CHECK IN 7 DAYS. RV.

TALK THAT THIS IS A NEW TIME FRAME OF KEEPING TRACK AND CAN HAVE 2 YARD SALE IN THE NEXT 3-MONTHS WITH OUT A PERMIT FROM ZONING. SHE WILL MOVE THE ITEMS BACK TO STORAGE BY MONDAY AND OFF THE PROPERT. 12/28/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved THE WALL IS STILL UP. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE OWNER AND SHE IS HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE DRAWINGS TO BE COMPLETED. HAS SOME OLD CABINET FOR SEWING MACHINE AND DESK. THEY ARE CURRENTLY BEING STORED UNDER THE AWNINGS FOR THE CARPORT BUT SHE SAID THAT SHE WILL MOVE THEM IN 30 DAYS. SHE HAS NO WHERE TO STORE THEM THAT STAYS DRY. HAS A STORAGE ROOM ON THE WEST SIDE THAT A AWNING HAS BEEN CONVERTED TO A STORAGE ROOM. THE WOOD SIDING HAS BEEN CHANGED TO NEW DUE TO THE WEATHERIZATION. ADVISED THAT A PERMIT IS REQUIRED DUE TO THE CHANGE OF THE WOOD SIDING AND THAT THE METAL AWNING HAS BEEN CHANGED TO A ROOM. SHE WILL GO TO PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES TO GET THE PERMIT TO KEEP AS A STORAGE ROOM. WILL CHECK IN 30 DAYS. RV.
