Inspection found major water damage to the south wall in the furnace closet. Looks to be a water leak in the roof or it could be the cooler leaking. also looks to be a leak in the wall where the kitchen sink drains goes into the wall to the outside. There was some type of repair done in the past. I could not get the lights to flicker but it was not raining at the time of my inspection. But that could be caused by a leak in the roof over an electrical box in the attic. |
