Investigated violation of cooler not working. Contacted owner. Owner was going to have cooler repaired today 8/12/2010. Inspector will follow up on cooler. N.O.V. was issued with violations in addition original call-out. Additional violations were adding a smoke alarm near the bedrooms in the hallway, work without permits - carport and roof needing work around the leaking cooler. GP |
