Visited site, 2nd time, found no trash or debris thru out the property, found no hazardous materials on the property. unit remains vacant and secured. Called person on Rent sign, Greg mentioned that unit was occuppied by a legal chemist who died on the property, owner contacted hazmat to remove chemicals weeks or months ago. interior and exterior of property was cleaned and debris removed. what remains are six drawers from a chest of drawers neatly stacked in the carport. NO VIOLATION / Close case PLEEEEASE!!!!!!!!! |
