This was previously a mobile home park, but no MHs are still on site. Both buildings are unsecured with open and broken doors and windows, dilapidation to the interior, roof damage, and electrical damage. There are several damaged electrical meters for the mobile home sites and several sewer connections that have not been sealed properly (they used rags) . There is refuse and debris inside the buildings and on the property. The rear fence has been breached (behind the duplex) and there is no front fence. |
