Building not unsecured and is being periodically occupied by the owner. Owner stated he is refurbishing the interior and stays there at times. All utilities are connected and the front door and windows are boarded for security purposes as the house fronts Broadway. Information I gathered from the owner regardign the refurb. would not require a building permit. I will send a notice for the boarded windows and follow up in 180 days. |
