Parcel (I-2 zoning) is occupied by two businesses: Sonoran Products (ACC 1997) and R&R West Fabrication (ACC 2002). Sonoran Products main building is located at 7920; R&R also has buildings at 7940. Area was annexed into City in 1996. The original parcel was illegally split into 10 parcels in 1997, but was approved in 2009 (see development plan under 7910 S Kolb). All improvements on this subdivided parcel since split have not been approved via a compliance review. Construction material sales (Sonoran Products) and material fabrication for landscaping, interiors (R&R) require an approved C of O. Two buildings have been added without required building permits.
