Inspection found the unit to be without power and gas, the occupent is trying to get the power turned back on but has an outstanding bill that needs to be paid first. TEP removed the meter on 26 July after they found out the occupent was not paying for power. Inspection also found the unit to have a broken windows, one in the bathroom the bedroom the smoke det has been remove and needs a battery and put back in place. There is no light in the bed room it has been removed. The cover on the light switch needs to be put back in place. NOV will be hand delivered to the manager and one sent to the owner. The renter cannot be at the unit after night fall can only be there during the day. |
