04/04/2011 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | This email is just an update on this application for permits T11BU00179. The applicant was in again today to let us know she contracted a professional to draw her site and building plans. The applicant is hoping to have the plans available by Monday April 11 to submit for review and variance comments. Just so you are aware, If applicants decide to keep the carport structure they will have to apply and get approval through a Board of Adjustment variance process before we can approve the plans and issue a permit. The Variance process takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks depending on the date of submittal. We may not have anything approved for at least thee months and maybe a little longer.
