On site inspection on 8-06-2010, the debris in the easement/ alley area is bags of trash and branches that were left behind from the Beacon foundation a national non-profit organization. This organization has been cleaning the easements in this area. I don't know when they started this type of work in this area. The concrete rock is in the easement and would have to be removed by small tractor, it's unknown when or how it got there. |
