Parcel (I-2 zoning) is occupied by two businesses: Sonoran Products (ACC 1997) and Arizona Coach Preserve (ACC 2003). Area was annexed into City in 1996. The original parcel was illegally split into 10 parcels in 1997, but was approved in 2009 (see development plan under 7910 S Kolb). All improvements on this subdivided parcel since split have not been approved via a compliance review. Construction material sales (Sonoran Products) and RV Storage (Arizona Coach Preserve) require an approved C of O. Additionally, ACP does not have a City business license on record. Several storage containers and office quarters for both businesses have been added without required building permits. Some structures have added electrical, etc. RV storage use has been added. Note: Owner of this parcel also owns parcel at 7900 S Kolb (also has open case for same violations). Photos and aerials added to Sire. |
