This is not something the subject address is obligated to abate. The area where the refuse is located is on a seperate parcel owned by KB Homes. The parcel is undeveloped. There was a very small amount of debris including a truck bed-liner, a tv and a few other items. I refered to HCD's field crew for clean up. |
