INTERIOR CEILING OF THE BATHROOM HAS HAD A 2 X 3 FOOT SECTION OF CEILING DRYWALL THAT HAS COLLAPSED DUE TO A ROOF LEAK. MISSING COVER PLATES TO THE RECEPTACLES IN THE INTERIOR ALL ROOMS. ONE INCH GAP AT THE REAR OF THE SHOWER WALL BETWEEN THE DRYWALL AND ARTIFICIAL MARBLE COVERING. BATHROOM SINK DOES NOT DRAIN. AIR RETURN REGISTER NOT PROPERLY SECURED DRYWALL CEILING DAMAGE IN FURNACE ROOM. HALLWAY HAS PAINT THAT HAS DETACHED FROM THE DRYWALL. THERMOSTAT CONTROLLER COVER IS MISSING BEDROOM SLIDING DOOR HAS MISSING RAIL. NO SMOKE DETECTOR IN THE INTERIOR KITCHEN MISSING GLOBES LIVING ROOM WINDOW DOES NOT OPEN EXTERIOR DAMAGE TO THE STUCCO LOCATED IN THE SOUTH EAST CORNER OF THE BUILDING. |
