Spoke with the manager and tenant. All problems within the unit have been resolved. Carpet on the outside walkways in front of 1205, 2204, 2202, 2212, and at the top of west stairs is torn up, has holes, and is a tripping hazard. U-Haul business has been opened on the property without proper site plan approvals. several trucks parked in the lot utilizing parking spaces. Signs installed without permits. Send 30 day notice to owners. Schedule follow up inspection. |
