TFD EMERGENCY CALL-OUT, UPON ARRIVAL, TFD HAD ALREADY LEFT. FOUND UNIT #121 SPOKE TO TENANT SHARON, SHE EXPLAINED SHE JUST MOVED IN ON 07/13/10, TURNED ON A/C THIS EVENING, SMELLED, AND THOUGHT SHE SAW SMOKE. TFD HAS ARRIVED AND LEFT AFTER SHARON CALLED MANAGER. MANAGER DID CALL MAINTENANCE PERSON WHO WAS ALREADY IN ROUTE. I ISOLATED THE CIRCUIT FOR THE HEATING AND COOLING, SHARON DID HAVE A FAN. SHE WAS OK UNTIL TOMORROW IF UNIT DID NOT GET FIXED TONIGHT. |
