Additions described below, referencing uploaded aerial to Sire. 1) Bedroom addition: permit T00CM02230 is expired and has not received final approval inspections. 2) Garage addition: permit T01CM05020 is expired and has not received final approval inspections. 3) Carport addition: This addition has not been previously permitted and may require special zoning approvals for setbacks from front and south property lines. This carport is referred to on the site plan for the garage addition on permit T01CM05020 as "existing", but research shows it was never permitted and was built after 1998. 4) Attached west addition to garage: No permit on file and is not reflected on any prior plans for the expired permits; may not meet setbacks from west property line. |
