Inspection found that the walls were all ok, the fun in the bathroom worked but will need to be replaced (the fan is on order). The A/C was working fine while I was there, they are running the unit at 75 degrees which will make the unit over heat, I told them it would work better at 78 or 79. The Manager was on site during the inspection and stated that she was never told about the A/C unit being sporadic. I am waiting on a call back from the manager she was still going to have the A/C unit looked at to make sure it was working properly. |
