FOUND STREET EXCATED APPEARS TO BE PLUMBING WORK IN THE STREET OF THE APARTMENT COMPLEX. CHECKED P+ FOR PERMITS, NONE ON FILE. ADVISED APARTMENT COMPLEX MANAGER TO OBTAIN PLUMBING PERMITS ASAP. MANAGER MENTIONED IT WAS A SEWLINE BREAK. ALSO ADVISED CONTRACTOR MUST BE A LICENSED CONTRACTOR. |
