Site inspection 07-13-10. Evaproative cooler in an advanced state of disrepair, rusted and rotting in many places. Cooler does not provide adequate airflow and cooling needed for residence. Occupants indicated that Section 8 is paying their rent. Case will be refered to S8 fo follow up. |
